Retailer Delivery vs Independent Delivery

Retailer-organised delivery typically drops items at threshold only. For large, heavy items — sofas, wardrobes, beds — an independent man and van service that includes assembly is almost always worth the additional cost.

Flat-Pack Assembly

We offer flat-pack assembly as part of our furniture delivery service. IKEA wardrobes, sofa beds, dining tables — any flat-pack furniture assembled and positioned on the spot, with all packaging removed and disposed of.

Timing Your Delivery

Stage large items: move the biggest items in first to minimise the number of times heavy things pass each other in corridors. Book assembly time separately from delivery.
